Can I remove an item from my order?

Yes, you can remove items from your cart if your order has not yet been processed.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as its status permits canceling. To do so, please contact us.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

Salix Alba sells only items in perfect condition. However, if you exceptionally receive
a damaged article, please contact us.

What should I do if I receive an article other than the one I ordered?

If you receive by mistake an item that has not been ordered, please contact us.

SHIPPING

How much are the shipping costs?

Delivery follows upon prior bank transfer for your order, you pay about 30 € for shipping within Europe. However, the shipping costs may be larger.

What is the delivery time?

When confirmation of order is sent by the customer service office, we are able to receive the payment. The order will be processed after the payment is received on the bank account of Salix Alba, the delivery time is approximately 7 working days.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

What do I have to do to return the purchased goods?

The easiest way to do this is to send the purchased item together with the receipt and send the information to the office. Returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were purchased, i. e. they must not have signs of use.

What is the period for processing returns?

You can return the product within 14 days from the receipt of the item.

How do I get my money back?

The money will be returned to the bank account from which the bank transfer was made.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your refund is approved (articles must be in perfect condition, with the tags attached), you will receive the payment via the bank transfer within 14 days.

 

 

EXCHANGE

Can I exchange my product for another model?

Yes, contact us to confirm the availability of the products and to send the goods back to us.

 

WARRANTY/ COMPLAINT

What is the warranty period for the purchased items?

Our products are under a two-year warranty.

Can I make a customer complaint of the purchased item?

Yes, the customer is entitled to make a complaint of defective products (despite their correct and intended use). These rights apply to defects which emerged in a period of 2 years from the date of purchase of the item. In such a case, the customer must send us the defective article together with a detailed description of the defect that has arisen.

How is the complaint dealt with?

First of all, we remove the defect. If the defect cannot be removed, we replace the article with a new model free from defects.

When will I receive a reply to my complaint?

We will reply to your complaint within 14 days.

Disputes will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over Salix Alba’s place of registration.
